No. It keeps a tally of who won what, the same way a note on a scorecard would. Settling up happens between you and your playing partner.
Handicap is part of a player's profile, set in Settings. Turn on "Play with handicaps" when starting a round and strokes are allocated to the hardest holes by stroke index. Each round stores a snapshot, so changing a handicap later never rewrites past results.
Yes — that's the point. Each opponent has their own bets, stakes and settle-up line, remembered and loaded automatically when you start a round against them.
It records the payment and resets that person's running tab to zero. Your full round and bet history is kept.
Only through your own device backup (iCloud or a computer backup). Because we store nothing, we have no copy to restore. Cloud sync is planned for a future release.
Settings → Reset everything, or just delete the app. Both remove all data permanently.
