Put it where the work happens — on the floor, on the course, in a pocket. Then watch it in use and fix what the first version got wrong.
What we build
Small tools that remove a daily friction
No sprawl. One tool that takes a single repeated job off a person's hands and does it properly — fast enough that using it beats the workaround, and simple enough that it survives a bad shift.
That rules a lot out. If a job already has a tool people are happy with, we leave it alone. We go after the steps nobody owns: the ones being held together by a spreadsheet, a group chat or somebody's memory.
The same approach fits very different days. A production floor and a golf course have little in common, except that both run on routines people rebuild by hand every time.
We build for where the work happens rather than where it gets reported — on the floor, on the course, in a pocket — and we keep what we hold to the minimum the job needs.
